Guess! Whose shoes are these?

The final learning disability is expressed by the students before the God in temples, churches etc. during exams. Students are commonly seen in temples praying for their success in the exams. Having tried all tactics/strategies of learning they are not confident on themselves. The teaching learning materials including technologies and teachers sometimes fail to make the students confident for their success. Even at the end of the academic session uncertainty remains in their minds. Many commissions and committees have been setting up to watch out the lapses since decades but no conclusion has been reached so far. It is really a matter of great concern of modern education system that we have not been able to assure the children that the things which they have studied are adequate for their success. This may be because of the defective evaluation system. In India while evaluating the performance we try to ask what he or she does not know. We do not accept how much he/she would have learnt. Nevertheless prescribing the text books for academic they are asked questions out of the syllabus. The books markets are full of various publications. The students are confused which text books they should go for. The agents of different publications convince teachers and subsequently the teachers also emphasize on different publications. The competencies of subject are not ensured by reading single publication. To overcome this trauma we have to remain strict with same text books of similar curriculum. The competencies should be ensured through the uniform curriculum and text books so that the students should be more confident.
